DEB Management Consulting is a financial advisory and merchant banking firm helping businesses access the right capital, manage financial complexity, and grow with confidence.

Founded in 2010, we work closely with SMEs, startups, and mid-corporates, offering end-to-end support across debt, equity, structured finance, working capital, compliance, and strategic advisory. Our role goes beyond arranging funds — we guide, structure, coordinate, and execute financial solutions that align with real business needs.

Our Leadership
 

Rana Roy – Co - Founder
 

Rana Roy founded DEB Management Consulting in 2010 with the objective of providing mid-to-small corporates professional, execution-driven financial advisory support.

With banking experience since 2009, Rana has worked on core banking system implementations and analytics for institutions such as HSBC, HDFC, and Middle East–based banks. He has led large-scale banking integrations, including the Lakshmi Vilas Bank optimization, and has served HNIs, banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions across India, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.

Rana maintains strong global relationships with fund houses, merchant banks, EPC and IT organizations, enabling access to instruments such as Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, Bank Comfort Letters, and structured trade finance solutions.

His focus lies in strategic partnerships, capital structuring, international business, and end-to-end deal execution.

Shyam Sundar Bharti – Co - Founder
 

Mr. Shyam Sundar Bharti brings over three decades of senior banking leadership experience across India and international markets.

He has served as CEO of public listed organizations and held key leadership roles in business banking, credit management, treasury, FOREX, fund raising, and asset management. His experience includes senior positions such as Credit Head at Centurion Bank and Country Head of Bharat Overseas Bank, Bangkok.

Mr. Bharti’s strengths lie in cash flow optimization, credit structuring, compliance, audit execution, and building strong working relationships between corporates and financial institutions.
